Filming will begin on a pilot episode of a proposed miniseries by NBC Entertainment crews this month on the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad.  It is a post-Civil War story titled “Reconstruction”   about a soldier who crosses the country and settles into a Missouri border town.
